About the checker.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The checker runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you tick is sent to us or stored, unless you choose to send the result with an inquiry.
How accurate is it?
It follows the structure of the AI Act: prohibited practices, high-risk areas in Annexes I and III, the Article 6(3) exception and the Article 50 transparency duties. Real systems have edge cases, so treat the result as orientation, not legal advice.
Which dates does it use?
The AI Act as amended by the Digital Omnibus on AI, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744: prohibitions from 2 February 2025 (two more, on non-consensual intimate deepfakes and child sexual abuse material, from 2 December 2026), general-purpose AI obligations from 2 August 2025, transparency from 2 August 2026, Annex III high-risk from 2 December 2027 and Annex I high-risk from 2 August 2028.
What if my system is high-risk?
You will need risk management, data governance, technical documentation, logging, human oversight and a conformity assessment before the deadline. We design those controls into the system as we build it.

Need your system ready on time?
We design logging, human oversight and documentation into the system as we build it. One workflow is enough to start.
